Social Entrepreneurs to Speak at Edgewood College

Madison, Wis. (February 14, 2013) – The School of Business at Edgewood College presents the next event in the Smith & Gesteland Executive Speaker Series, “Social Entrepreneurship & Innovation: Creating Shared Value for Lasting Impact.”

The panel is presented 7:30 am – 9:30 am,  Tuesday, February 19, 2013, at the College’s Deming Way Campus, 1255 Deming Way, Madison.

Keynote speaker Salli Martyniak, president of Forward Community Investments, will be joined by a panel of passionate social entrepreneurs who, through their business organizations, have developed novel, sustainable solutions to social problems in our community and beyond. Panelists include Bob Curry, Founder and CEO, Dryhootch; Will Green, Founder/Executive Director, Mentoring Positives, Inc.; Tom Klein, Director of Sustainability, Redamte Café; and Edgar Hernandez, Innovation Engineer, American Family Insurance.
