Student Wins Major Award at American College Theatre Festival

Laura Meinders, a junior Theatre Arts major from Marshfield, Wis., was honored in January with a prestigious award from the 2017 Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival (KCACTF) for her work on Clue: The Musical specialty props. This year’s festival was held in Indianapolis, Ind.

President Flanagan Elected to NAICU Board of Directors

Dr. Scott Flanagan, president of Edgewood College, has been elected to the National Association of Independent Colleges and Universities (NAICU) Board of Directors. The announcement came this week at the close of the 2017 NAICU Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C.

Edgewood College celebrates Associate Professor of Art Alan Luft’s Photographic Portraits Berlin. This new book is published by Kehrer Verlag, a German publisher specializing in photography, fine arts and culture.

Edgewood College Named to ‘Best for Vets 2017’ List

Edgewood College has been named to the Military Times Best for Vets: Colleges 2017 list. The eighth annual rankings factor in the results of Military Times’ comprehensive school-by-school survey of veteran and military student offerings and rates of academic achievement.

Wander, an exhibition of paintings by art professor Robert Tarrell, will open on Friday, March 3, 2017 at the Edgewood College Gallery. The exhibition runs through Thursday, April 13, 2017.
